Nina absolutely rocked the planning and organization for our 10-day Paris adventure! We decided to extend our stay by two days, and she took care of everything. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the city of love! The guided tour of Normandy, Liore Valley and Brittany was fabulous. The Paris walking tour was exhausting and exciting!. We had an awesome week at Secrets Playa Mujeras! It's all thanks to your help in planning a great getaway for our 10th anniversary. Thank you for answering all of my questions (even the dumb ones) over the past year and reassuring us that everything was going to be okay. It was the honeymoon I wanted to do 10 years ago and I’m so glad we went. Isla Mujeras, jet skiing and reading by the beach and pool were only some of the highlights. Food was good and atmosphere very relaxing. Secrets did a great job in their service and we enjoyed going to Dreams for more restaurant options and exploring. I loved the little ice cream shop where I could get all the ice cream I wanted! The beach was very nice and water was perfect.I really appreciate your recommendation to vacation at Secrets. I am not a big traveler and I've only been overseas one time, so when I found out I had a chance to visit Ireland and maybe the UK, I knew I needed help with all of the details. Thankfully, I heard about Bart Andrews through my local chamber of commerce. After explaining what my goals were for the trip, Bart did a great job organizing the trip, finding the necessary resources we would need, making recommendations, and communicating with me every time he found another opportunity to make our trip even more special. Most importantly, Bart responded very quickly and professionally whenever we encountered a challenge. Unfortunately, since I do not travel very often, I goofed a few things up in preparing for the trip, but no matter what I threw Bart's way, he handled it. Once we made it to Ireland, we had the time of our lives! What an incredible country! There were many factors for which I needed to be prepared, but thanks to Bart's efforts I was able to relax and truly enjoy the time we were experiencing. My husband and I planned our honeymoon through EZ Travel with Meg and Russ. The company name says it all - planning this trip was SO "EZ"!!!! We started planning earlier in the year, around February or so. Meg consulted with us and got to know a little more about us as a couple and what we were looking for in a vacation. We had been looking at a specific resort in St. Lucia, but we were open to other options as well. Shortly after consult, Russ emailed us information about a few different resorts. The way the emails were laid out was straightforward and incredibly easy to follow. Resort name, location , amenities, photos, cost. EASY! All we had to do was decide!After choosing St. Lucia, we put our deposit down and Russ was very good about getting us a payment schedule and keeping us informed of what information we'd need to travel (passports, travel docs, boarding passes, etc.). Additionally, he made sure to keep us informed of any changes or updates to our travel itinerary (we did have a slight timing adjustment for our return flight). Periodically, there would be email check ins as we got closer to our travel date. After months and months of waiting, our trip was finally here and it couldn't have been better!! Our flight schedule was easy - one stop with a very short lay over. Upon arrival, there were transports arranged to take us from the airport to our resort. We were able to navigate everything with ease. After arriving at the resort, the fun really began!!

And, within short order, we were set up for a fun, unique and very interesting 9-day small group tour with wonderful local guides thru G Adventures. We had a wonderful time on our double header cruises. The Island Princess from LA to FLL through the Panama Canal was great trip with near perfect weather and a enjoyable experience all around.Our switch to the the Royal Princess in FLL was a breeze, the 10 days in the Caribbean was wonderful and I have to say the Royal Princess is an fantastic experience in itself. Princess had many special holiday events and the general entertainment was fantastic.

The Majestic Colonial was a great resort to stay at, and the Stutterheim wedding was beautiful. This trip was fantastic. The boat ride to the island was fun and entertaining as we spotted dolphins and sea turtles. The snorkeling was amazing and our guides gave us the freedom to explore. Going through the hidden cave was a little scary, but I'm thankful I was feeling adventurous that day because the cove was worth it! Hi Russ -Thank you so much for planning such a spectacular trip for us. The hotel was beyond amazing. We loved the open set-up of the lobby and it was cool that the pool had three tiers. Our room was fantastic, too, and I'm glad you recommended the parlor suite because it was nice having two separate rooms. I didn't realize it was a down season for Puerto Vallarta, but it actually worked in our favor. We got great service when we were at the pool because we were one of maybe 15-20 people there. Russ was great to work with. He helped us book both our destination wedding and our honeymoon. He told us about the gift registry on their website, which we used and had great results. We had a total of 14 people traveling for our wedding and Russ worked with each couple to get their reservation downpayment, final payment, and booking details. He made sure both resorts had us listed as being there for a wedding/honeymoon, so we did get a couple extra perks from the resorts too. We ran into issues with our flights (due to the airlines changing stuff on us), and Russ was great about bringing me out of a panic and presenting options to help insure we still had great trips. Russ recently took on the challenge of planning a spring break trip for my family of 6 (including 4 small children) plus my parents. We needed reservations for adjoining rooms at a kid-friendly, all-inclusive resort, plus hassle-free flights and transfers. I am so thankful for his travel expertise! The cruise was great and everything went very smoothly. Holland America has the boarding and disembarking down to a science. We were amazed that there was never an issue with our luggage. It always arrived at our destination, even when it was 4 days later!The ship was very well maintained and the staff was always willing to assist, especially our state room attendant. The food was very good, as he heard it would be.
Thank you again, for all of your help in planning our 50th anniversary trip. It will be very difficult to ever top it!
